Chicken Pazzo Grilled chicken breasts, prosciutto, artichokes, wild mushrooms, and escarole in white wine butter sauce. Chicken Parmigiano Chicken cutlets pan fried and baked with mozzarella and tomato sauce. Veal Francais Egg-battered veal sauteed with sherry wine,  lemon, and butter. Veal Porcini alla Grappa Scallopini with porcini mushrooms, flamed grappa, and sun-dried cherries. Meatballs  Simmered in our fresh tomato basil marinara sauce. Seafood primavera Black oliver, crab, salmon, capers, garlic, and onions sauteed in olive oil,  tossed in red sauce and poured over a bed of angel hair pasta.
